Preparing new motor carriers for their New Entrant Audits.

With the implementation of FMCSA’s New Entrant Program there is greater urgency that new motor carriers obtain compliance as soon as possible. Failure of a New Entrant Audit ends a motor carrier’s ability to operate in interstate commerce. Program changes are in process which will make it more difficult to pass the audit. Be ready for the visit!

HOUSEHOLD GOODS REGULATION REVIEWS
Assisting household goods carriers in complying with FMCSA’s regulations specific to their part of the industry.

Since termination of the ICC this segment of the industry has continued to draw increased interest from the public, the news media and the US Congress. This has resulted in both funding and a mandate for FMCSA to enforce the regulations. This has also resulted in higher penalties when violations occur. In 2005 the number of Compliance Reviews performed on household goods carriers greatly increased. That emphasis continues in 2006. The odds of your being subject to a review and potential penalties have grown.
